Invoices will be sent after each session via Hnry. Please ensure payment is made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
What do prices include?
Preparation time: this includes planning and creating resources that will be used within the session
Writing up notes/record-keeping after the session
Brief communication with whānau and/or teaching teams to provide feedback/updates
What do prices not include?
The time required to make visual supports for home or the classroom/early childhood centre. We will provide a separate quote if this is required.
Longer conversations/meetings with other professionals who work with your child
Changes to pricing: Fees will be reviewed yearly and may be adjusted to reflect changes to our costs, such as travel and business expenses. If fees are modified, you will be informed in advance via email, and you may then decide whether or not to continue with our service.
Cancellation Policy
Over 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee
Within 24 hours: 50% of the appointment fee
Within 3 hours: 100% of the appointment fee
Non-attendance: 100% of the appointment fee
You will not be charged if the session is cancelled due to therapist illness.
Privacy
All information about the children and families we work with is stored securely behind a password on Google Drive. Photos/videos/recordings will be taken on a password-protected phone, and will then be stored on Google Drive until they are no longer needed. Your information is kept private and confidential, with the following exceptions:
You have given consent for specific information to be shared
When required by a court of law
In cases of suspected neglect or abuse
During supervision (identifying details will be removed)
Basic information (your name, your phone number, your email address) will be shared with Hnry for invoicing purposes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Communication Garden may amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect any changes in practice. You will be notified of any modifications via email, and you have the right to then decide whether or not you wish to continue with our service.
